Shipping method

Our Company can ensure rapid and efficient delivery because we rely on the best shipping services. The shipping cost will be added to the total of the order during the steps of purchasing, that will be visible in the shopping bag and it will be charged at the time of payment. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, but only to actual addresses; in case of unavailability of the addressee or who is authorized to receive the products, the courier will inform the addressee through a message. For international deliveries, the customer will be contacted on his/her phone number, indicated on our site at the time of purchase, to arrange a new delivery. The orders will be processed from 9:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. The orders executed after 17:00 on Friday will be processed on the following Monday; We can guarantee the shipment within 3 working days from the receipt of payment showing and then it wll be possible verify the status on the specific page of our site. In order to be always informed on the status of your shipment you will receive a tracking number, that you can use on the courier’s website.The shipping requires about 2-3 working days in Italy; Consider that the delivery times may be delayed in case of festivities. The international Shipments take approximately 5-7 working days excluding eventual customs delays. The delivery time indicated isn’t binding, unless it isn’t otherwise specified in a separate agreement; however, we will do our best to respect these timeframes. Once received the goods, the Purchaser must check immediately that the delivery is complete andin good status, because damaged, must be reserved and immediately notiefied to the Seller, writing an email to address of our Customer Care: shoponline@bottegadelsarto.com
For all countries the price quoted include VAT. The additional dispatch and delivery costs will be determined based on the type of delivery, and the recipient’s destination address. These costs are indicated separately before the order is sent, and during the order confirmation is sent via e-mail. For shipments with various destinations toward the countries, which are outside the European Union there could be additional costs and taxes, which are of the addressee’s expense. The fees vary depending on the country of reference and what was purchased, so we are not able to provide a definite cost estimate. It’s customer’s liability to contact the customs office of the destination country for more information. 

Return Policy

The buyer who isn’t satisfied with the purchase for whatever reason will be entitled to return the items not worn or used, by requesting, or a refund, and within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. Please note that all delivery charges are the buyer’s expenses, as well as risks of transport for the return of the Products.

Return Conditions

Thee goods must be received in the same sending condition, and in a perfect state of preservation, unused, complete with all accessory and all labels related to the product and the original packaging which must be protected with an additional packaging in order to preserve integrity; The damaged refunds, stained or altered will NOT be accepted and refunded.
The returned shoes without package, damaged package, or with signs of wear on the soles, may not be accepted and returned to the customer, because the package is a part of the product. We will assure that the returned products have been returned under the same initial conditions and subsequently we will freely refund the Purchaser of the total amount paid for the goods, by accrediting the paid amount as the first payment used, with the exclusion of the transport costs and contributions for any duties within the timeframe provided by the law , and provided that the Products have been returned in accordance to the above mentioned conditions. In the case of purchase by credit card the repayment time will depend on the type of credit card used, and it will occur within two Bank statements.

Legal Warranty of the Seller

According to the law regulation 44/99/CE in case of faulty products, the purchaser is allowed to request directly to the Seller the fixing (if possible), replacement, price reduction of the goods or risolution of the contract. These can be possible provided that the contact occurs within a reasonable timeframe considering the nature of ‘good’ goods. Anyway the not conformed use of the item to that established by the Seller/ Producer is not covered by guarantees .

Any complaint must be presented proving the purchase. (receipt issued by the seller/payment).

The claim must be exercised by the Purchaser rapidly and by 60 days from the date when the costumer verified the item damage. During this period the product can’t absolutely be used. The complaint may be sent by email at: shoponline@bottegadelsarto.com. Afterwards in a reasonable timeframe we will inform the customer on the ways in which return the product.

The regulations set out in 85/374/CEE Directive are valid for what regards the damage caused by the product. The Seller, acting as the distributor, it is released from liabilities indicating the manufacturer’s name.
